अपनी तन तोड़ मेहनत और अपने टेक्निकल नॉलेज के बल पर आज योगेश भाई पुजारा इस मुकाम तक पहुंच चुके हैं जो अपनी सरकारी नौकरी छोड़ कर एक नए बिजनेस की शुरुआत करते हैं और उसमें काफी बड़ी कामयाबी पाते हैं अभ्यास के बाद योगेश भाई को बीएसएनएल में ट्रांसमीटर असिस्टेंट की नौकरी मिली |राउंड डायल और पुश बटन फोन के जमाने में जसदन में उनको पहली पोस्टिंग मिली और काफी तेज़ी से टेलीकम्युनिकेशन आगे बढ़ना था और इसी को ही ध्यान में रखकर समझकर योगेश भाई ने अपनी नौकरी छोड़ने का निर्णय लिया
पहले से ही अपने टेक्निक नॉलेज की बदौलत कुछ ही वक्त में पूरी ऑफिस की कमान उनके हाथ में आ गई और उसी वक्त धोराजी एक्सचेंज में एक बेहद ही अलग तरह का फोल्डर आया जिसे योगेश भाई ने सिर्फ 20 मिनट में ही सॉल्व कर दिया था राजकोट की विरानी विद्यालय और एचबी कोटक इंस्टिट्यूट में इन्होंने अपना अभ्यास पूरा किया
1994 और 95 के वक्त सिर्फ 8500 की सरकारी नौकरी को उन्होंने अलविदा कह दिया और पिता के निवृत्त के वक्त मिले हुए पैसों से योगेश भाई ने राजकोट में एक ऑफिस ली और उसके बाद सरदार नगर विस्तार में जीबी बिलिंग सेंटर के साथ मिलकर इन्होंने कैसीनो की एजेंसी ली इसके साथ-साथ जोगेश पाई केलकुलेटर म्यूजिकल कीबोर्ड जैसी चीजों को भी बेचना शुरू कर दिया और समय जाते जैसे मोबाइल मार्केट में आने लगे तो उन्होंने अपनी सूझबूझ और टेक्निकल ज्ञान की बदौलत 2003 में ही पूजारा टेलीकॉम की शुरुआत कर दी |और अपनी ईमानदारी और सर्विस की वजह से कुछ ही वक्त में पूरे राजकोट में पुजारा टेलीकॉम ने अपनी पकड़ बना ली
